What do your outfits say about you? Growing up in Myrtle Beach my whole life, my outfits represent my hometown culture and what Myrtle Beach is made of. 

What item in your closet brings you the most joy? All of them! If they don’t bring joy, I don’t keep them.

Who is someone fashionable you follow on social media and why? Actress Blake Lively, because we have a similar style and similar hair. 

What is one thing you wish you knew about style when you were younger? That I needed to stick to my roots! 

What are your hobbies? Paddleboarding, surfing, playing golf, tennis, traveling, yoga, gardening and mountain biking.

Describe your style: Classic, understated and elegant. I spend most of my days in business professional, but prefer classic pieces that will stand up over time accented with good shoes and bags.

Signature look: Ankle pants, point toe flats and silk tops are what you’ll find me wearing most days of the week.

Favorite designer and why: Laurel Berman of Black Halo for dresses and jumpsuits. Her clean lines and solid colors make it easy to pair with statement shoes. Michelle Smith of Milly. Bold colors prints on classic styles are a great addition to any closet.

What item in your closet brings you the most joy? My grandmother’s mink. I used to wear it playing dress up when I was little and she always promised she would pass it along when I was older.

Describe your style: Eye catching, daring, unafraid to take chances. I enjoy mixing pops of color.

Signature items: People pay attention to the details. My shoes and bowties are staples to my wardrobe and most important accessories.

What do your outfits say about you? As a physician, it’s important to make a good first impression. I want my patients to know that I care about them, so I make an effort to be well-dressed.

Favorite designer and why: Mezlan for shoes and Hugo Boss for suits. The two brands are stylish, comfortable and are an excellent fit.

What item in your closet brings you the most joy?  My dog. He sleeps on the floor of my closet.
 
Your style icon: Sean Connery. His suits are always well-tailored.

What are your hobbies? Saltwater fly fishing and open water swimming.

Describe your style: Southern bohemian. I like to take inspiration from the ’70s bohemian era. I love fringe, bell sleeves, prints, florals and flare. I was born and raised here in Myrtle Beach, so I have always loved and embraced my Southern side. One of my favorite prints is seersucker and I never turn down an opportunity to wear my cowboy boots.

What do your outfits say about you?  That I am a strong, confident woman. I love to show off my feminine side and just be girly and fun.

What is one thing you wish you knew about style when you were younger? Not everyone is going to like your style and that’s OK. Who cares? Wear what makes you happy.

What are your hobbies? I enjoy trying new restaurants/food, going to the beach or pool, hanging out with my friends, traveling and shopping.

Describe your style: My style is very versatile and interesting. I do like high fashion and designers, but I can also appreciate putting a look together on a budget. It doesn’t take a lot of money to look stylish and put together for any occasion.

Signature items: Fun and interesting shoes and a Louis Vuitton bag. ... I can rock those even in sweatpants. 

What do your outfits say about you? They say I am fun and like to think outside the box. I usually will have someone ask where I bought my outfit or shoes, and I end up meeting so many great people through casual conversation. 

Favorite designer and why: I have a few, but I really like Calvin Klein for an overall designer.  You can get anything from casual, business, dress, shoes and accessories that are stylish and anyone can wear them. My favorite high end designer would definitely be Louis Vuitton.

What items in your closet bring you the most joy? I would definitely say my shoes. I try to buy a pair whenever I travel so I have cute shoes with great memories.

What is one thing you wish you knew about style when you were younger? That you should hang on to the cool pieces every year because the style always comes back around. If I had figured that out early I would have the best wardrobe.

Describe your style: Beachy-boho! I have a very beach bum style but less “bum,” more fun! 

Signature items: Birkenstocks, maxi dresses and wide legged pants. Also anything tropical print or tie-dye!

What do your outfits say about you? I think my outfits say I’m cool, fun and down to earth, but also a little goofy! 

Favorite designer and why: One of my favorite brands is Free People. I love them because they make really unique and unusual pieces that fit my style and can be worn different ways. 

Your style icon: I don’t necessarily have a single style icon, but one celebrity style I really like is Nicole Richie! I love her boho-chic looks!

What are your hobbies? I am actually a fashion and beauty blogger! I love trying out new makeup and skincare and sharing my thoughts with my readers, as well as my favorite fashion trends. I also love spending time with my fiance and my family and reading!

Describe your style: I wear a suit and tie Monday through Friday. I make it unique by switching up the colors and always wearing a pocket square.

What do your outfits say about you? They say that I dress to impress and to play the part as a financial advisor. I believe if you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you can make everyone around you feel better too.

Who is someone fashionable you follow on social media and why? Gabriel Macht. He is the lead actor and main attorney in the USA show Suits. He seems like a really cool guy who loves his family and loves life.

Your style icon: My father-in-law, Richard Berry. He is the owner and founder of our financial firm.

What are your hobbies? Tennis, golf, church, hanging out with my wife, Jana, and our Goldendoodle, Chance.

Describe your style: It really depends on my mood. I always love anything super girly, though. If I’m feeling fun, you’ll find me in something trendy. On the other hand, it’s not uncommon to catch me in a classic look—accessorized, of course.

Signature items: Anything pink! I love hats and accessorizing.

What do your outfits say about you? I’m fun, feminine and not afraid to try new things.

Favorite designer and why: I love Lilly, especially her pale pink and white dresses.

What item in your closet brings you the most joy? All of my shoes—you can never have too many. You’ll find lots of black (you can doll anything up with the right accessory), my dresses.

Describe your style: Comfortable and fun! I like a lot of variety in my life and my wardrobe is no exception.

Signature items: Anything in black and white (because I think that is a classic color combination that looks good in any season), bold prints (especially animal prints) and lots of color.

What do your outfits say about you? I respect the classic looks, but also like to infuse individuality and uniqueness. I am not common, and I try to remind myself of that in the way I dress.

What items in your closet bring you the most joy?  My shoes! Shoes are my favorite wardrobe pieces. They can transform any outfit and make simple clothes look great!

Your style icon: My mother—she always tells me what looks great and what doesn’t and has always taught me how to present myself as a woman in all facets of my life.

Who is someone fashionable you follow on social media and why? I read the Zoe Report daily. She shares what is on trend in the celebrity world, but then how that can translate at a price point where anyone on any budget can get the trend into their closet. 

Your style icon:  I guess I would most love to have Carrie Bradshaw’s shoe collection. Or maybe Lauren Bacall who made professional attire look glam with silk blouses and pencil skirts. 

What are your hobbies? I love fitness—working out, jogging. When I have time I love to bake.  And, of course, I love boutique shopping when I am traveling to find unique items.

What is one thing you wish you knew about style when you were younger? That whatever is “in” will eventually go “out” and then at some future point, it will be “in” again, so don’t get rid of older clothes!

What are your hobbies? Family! With four children ranging in ages from 3 to 14 and their accompanying social calendars, that does not leave a lot of excess time.

Describe your style: Classic and colorful. My mother taught me when I was younger that style is an important reflection of the impression you want to make.

What do your outfits say about you? I have an artsy and creative side, so I gravitate toward color. My goal is to look professional and polished, but not boring!

Favorite designer and why: Jude Connally’s flattering, wrinkle-free dresses that can be tossed in the washer and dryer are my favorites! 

What item in your closet brings you the most joy? Tory Burch wedges, a gift from my mom and a gift to my feet. 

Your style icon: Reese Witherspoon, who is as smart as she is stylish. I love her company, Draper James, but mostly love her voice as an advocate for women.

I love to spend time with my family: Will and I have two extraordinary children, Thomas and Mary Chase, plus a new puppy named Riley, the most chill Golden Retriever on the planet. Describe your style: A little bit glam at times, and totally boho on the go as well. 

Signature look: My favorite would have to be a high-neck backless jumpsuit—makes me feel like the “Boss Lady” I strive to be! 

Favorite designer and why: Diane Von Furstenberg. She knows what works on a woman’s body and is not afraid of being bold with color/pattern! 

Favorite store to shop: I honestly do most of my shopping online, but when I do have the time to shop I love our local boutiques ... Sea Gypsy Boutique, Socialite, L. Mae, TAZ and Random. 

What items in your closet bring you the most joy? My grandmother’s vintage pieces always make me happy! Even though it’s not an everyday look I could pull off all the time, they stand out and make me remember her and what a fashion diva she was and how I found my love for fashion!

What are your hobbies? I love painting, crafting, antique/thrift shopping, and as of late I have been dabbling in floral design.
